Since 1999  employment at the University of Nottingham in various administrative roles; since 2010 as part-time administrative secretary for RSPSoc (Remote Sensing & Photogrammetry Society)

1997-1998  PGCE in modern languages, The University of Nottingham

1995-96  Foreign Language assistant at the Nottingham High School for Girls, UK

1994-95  English and Educational Studies at the Heinrich-Heine University of Düsseldorf

1987-1994  MSc (equiv.) in Microbiology at the Heinrich-Heine University of Düsseldorf, Germany
